Shipping Policy
Please find some information on our delivery, shipping and returns and exchange policy. When we can, we will be flexible:
Delivery Costs
For Metro Areas we provide FREE delivery* on all 'standard' orders.
For remote areas we cover $75 delivery fee.

For areas which are very remote or where delivery companies are quoting us a price above $75 inc GST we may need to contact you to discuss an additional delivery charge of the amount above $75 inc GST. Where possible we will try and pick this up, but Australia is a large country and it's not always possible.

Return & Exchange Policy
Please check the product specifications and contact us to ask any questions if you're uncertain about anything before placing the order to make sure you are ordering the right product.

We can provide a refund or exchange on orders minus any delivery costs. For this to be valid the product must be unused and preferably in an unopened box. If the box has been opened and the product is unused we would contact the manufacturer to get permission to provide a refund or exchange.
We will aim to be as flexible as we can if a product needs to be returned or exchanged.
Refunds
If you have purchased a product and you change your mind we can cancel the order and provide a refund. If delivery has commenced we would need to minus any delivery costs.
